Frequently Asked Questions

Which shipping methods do you offer for international orders?

We have established comprehensive partnerships with major global carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS, for international priority shipping. The optimal service (e.g., Express, Priority) is selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Can I specify a preferred carrier or have a dedicated account for shipping?

Yes, you can request a specific carrier during ordering. For high-volume accounts, we can arrange billing through your corporate shipping account. Please contact our support team to set this up.

How are the antibodies shipped to maintain stability?

All liquid-format antibodies are shipped on dry ice in specialized insulated containers to maintain the required -80°C temperature throughout transit. Lyophilized products may be shipped at ambient temperature.

What if my shipment is delayed or the dry ice has evaporated upon arrival?

Our packaging is designed to maintain temperature for extended periods. If you have concerns, please photograph the package upon receipt and contact us immediately with the tracking number. We will review the shipment data and promptly arrange a replacement if viability is compromised.

What is the shelf life of the antibodies?

Our antibodies are stable for at least 2 years from the date of shipment. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Can I request a custom formulation or buffer?

For most catalog products, we provide the standard formulation to guarantee consistency. For custom or bulk orders, please inquire about formulation options during the project scoping phase.

What is included in the products data?

Every shipment includes:

Certificate of Analysis (CoA): Lists batch-specific data (concentration, purity, endotoxin level, etc.).

Detailed QC Graphs: Such as SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, and binding activity charts (e.g., ELISA or SPR data).

How do I access the technical data for my specific vial?

The physical CoA is shipped with the product. Additionally, the batch-specific data and protocols are available for download from your account dashboard on our website using the product and lot numbers.

What should I do immediately upon receiving the package?

1) Open promptly and confirm vials are intact and frozen. 2) Immediately transfer all vials to -80°C. 3) Log the product and lot number in your lab inventory. 4) Download the specific data sheet for your batch from our website.

How should I aliquot and handle the antibody for long-term use?

Upon first thaw, we recommend aliquoting into single-use volumes to minimize future freeze-thaw cycles. Use sterile, low-protein-binding tubes. Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening. Always work quickly on ice.

Is it safe to do a short-term storage at 4°C?

Short-term storage at 4°C for up to 2 weeks is generally stable for most products. However, for optimal long-term performance, we strongly recommend storing aliquots at -80°C. Refer to the specific product protocol for guidance.
