Product Description

Gruticibart (development code AB023) is an investigational, recombinant monoclonal antibody designed as a novel anticoagulant. It functions as a specific inhibitor of factor XI (FXI), a key component of the contact activation pathway of the coagulation system. By binding with high affinity to FXI, gruticibart prevents its activation to FXIa and thereby inhibits the downstream amplification of the coagulation cascade.
