Product Description

Odesivimab is one of three humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibodies (alongside Maftivimab and Atoltivimab) that together form a therapeutic cocktail targeting the envelope glycoprotein (GP1,2) of Zaire ebolavirus. Each antibody binds to a distinct, non-overlapping epitope on the viral glycoprotein. This multi-epitope approach enhances neutralization breadth and potency while reducing the risk of viral escape. As an IgG1 isotype, odesivimab can also engage immune effector functions such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). The triple-antibody cocktail is designed to neutralize the virus and provide post-exposure protection against Ebola virus disease (EVD).
