Aprutumab is an investigational, fully human monoclonal antibody designed to target the Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2 (FGFR2). It was developed as a potential therapeutic for FGFR2-altered solid tumors, particularly in combination with chemotherapy. Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2 (FGFR2), a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase. FGFR2 plays crucial roles in normal cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration.
