Product Description

Cendakimab is an investigational human monoclonal antibody in clinical development for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. It functions as a targeted biologic therapy designed to block a specific cytokine pathway that is central to the type 2 inflammation driving the disease's hallmark symptoms: chronic itch, skin barrier dysfunction, and eczematous lesions. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate its efficacy in improving skin clearance and reducing pruritus compared to existing therapies.
