Product Description

Felzartamab (development code MOR-202 or TJ-202) is an investigational, human monoclonal IgG1 antibody being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). It functions as a targeted immunotherapy against a specific antigen highly expressed on malignant plasma cells. The antibody is engineered to bind with high affinity to its target on the surface of myeloma cells. Its primary anti-tumor mechanisms include antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP), whereby it recruits and activates immune effector cells (such as natural killer cells and macrophages) to attack and eliminate the targeted cancer cells. It may also have direct anti-proliferative effects.
