Product Description

Ivuxolimab is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody agonist targeting OX40 (CD134). Its IgG2 isotype is selected to minimize antibody-dependent effector functions while maximizing the agonistic activity required to directly stimulate the OX40 receptor. By binding to OX40 on activated T cells, Ivuxolimab is designed to enhance T-cell proliferation, survival, and functional activity, thereby promoting a robust anti-tumor immune response. It has been developed and investigated as an immune stimulatory therapy for various advanced solid tumors.

Function

OX40 (also known as CD134 or TNFRSF4) is a co-stimulatory receptor belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF). It is transiently and selectively expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, as well as on regulatory T cells (Tregs) and natural killer (NK) cells. OX40 is not present on naïve or resting T cells.
