Ozuriftamab is a humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that targets receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 2 (ROR2), a transmembrane receptor belonging to the ROR family of receptor tyrosine kinases. As an IgG1 isotype, it is designed to engage immune effector functions such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). ROR2 is involved in developmental signaling pathways (e.g., Wnt/planar cell polarity) and is often overexpressed in certain cancers, where it may promote tumor progression, metastasis, and treatment resistance.
