Product Description

Pinatuzumab vedotin (also known as DCDT2980S or RG7596) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). It consists of a monoclonal antibody linked to a potent cytotoxic drug. The antibody component is designed to target CD22, a cell surface receptor, and is conjugated to the microtubule-disrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). It was primarily investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma.
