Rezorstobart is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting KLRB1 (CD161/NKRP1A), a lectin-like receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells, T cells, and innate lymphoid cells. By modulating KLRB1 signaling, it aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity through activation of cytotoxic lymphocytes. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
