Product Description

Simlukafusp alfa (FAP-IL2v) is an engineered immunocytokine consisting of a human IgG1 antibody targeting fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPα) fused to an interleukin-2 variant (IL-2v). The IL-2v is designed to selectively bind to IL-2 receptor βγ subunits (IL-2Rβγ) with minimal affinity for the IL-2Rα subunit (CD25), thereby preferentially expanding effector T and NK cells while avoiding activation of regulatory T cells. It is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors with fibrotic stroma, such as pancreatic cancer and melanoma.
