Product Description

Sirtratumab is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody targeting SLIT and NTRK-like family member 6 (Slitrk6), a transmembrane protein involved in neural development and cell adhesion. It binds to Slitrk6, which is overexpressed in certain tumors (e.g., neuroendocrine and some solid tumors), aiming to inhibit tumor progression through modulation of signaling pathways or induction of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). It is being developed for the treatment of Slitrk6-positive cancers.
