Tadocizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting integrin αvβ3, a cell adhesion receptor involved in angiogenesis, tumor metastasis, and bone resorption. It binds to αvβ3 to inhibit its interaction with extracellular matrix proteins (e.g., vitronectin), thereby suppressing tumor growth, osteoclast activity, and pathological vascularization. It is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors, osteoporosis, and neovascular eye diseases.
