Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR), also known as Colony Stimulating Factor 3 Receptor (CSF3R) or CD114. In certain chronic inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, elevated levels of G-CSF drive excessive neutrophil production and their enhanced migration into the affected tissues, contributing significantly to the pathology. Anumigilimab blocks G-CSF from binding to G-CSFR, thus inhibiting the downstream signaling (e.g., STAT3 phosphorylation) that drives this pathological neutrophilia and inflammatory cell infiltration.
