Ascrinvacumab (CAS: 1463459-96-2) is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the activin receptor-like kinase 1 (ALK-1), a key regulator of angiogenesis. It binds to ALK-1 with high affinity (Kd = 7 nM), effectively blocking its interaction with bone morphogenetic protein 9 (BMP9) and subsequent activation of the SMAD signaling pathway.‌
