Product Description

Cergutuzumab is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody (specifically, a T-cell engager) developed for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed using a novel CEACAM5-targeting platform to redirect and activate the patient's own T cells specifically against cancer cells expressing a certain tumor-associated antigen. Clinical trials have explored its potential in carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-positive advanced or metastatic adenocarcinomas, such as colorectal and lung cancers.
