Puxitatug Samrotecan is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by AstraZeneca. It consists of an antibody targeting the B7-H4 protein on cancer cells, linked to the cytotoxic payload Samrotecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor. Upon binding to B7-H4, the ADC is internalized, releasing the payload to cause DNA damage and inhibit tumor cell replication. It is under evaluation for advanced solid tumors such as breast and endometrial cancer.
