cadherin-6 (CDH6), is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecule involved in tissue morphogenesis and cell signaling. In cancer, its aberrant overexpression is associated with increased tumor invasiveness, metastasis, and poor prognosis. Raludotatug's binding to CDH6 may interfere with these pro-tumorigenic functions, potentially suppressing tumor cell migration and invasion, and also enabling antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) against CDH6-positive cancer cells.
