Product Description

Sofituzumab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting MUC16 (CA125), a large transmembrane glycoprotein overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancer and other malignancies. By binding to MUC16, it aims to inhibit tumor growth and metastasis, and may also facilitate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). It is being developed as a therapeutic agent for MUC16-positive cancers, often in combination with chemotherapy or other targeted therapies.
