Product Description

Sonelokimab is a humanized Nanobody® (single-domain antibody) targeting interleukin-17A (IL-17A) and interleukin-17F (IL-17F). It simultaneously binds and neutralizes both cytokines, which play key roles in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. It is being developed for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
