FZD10, is a G protein-coupled receptor involved in embryonic development and tissue homeostasis. In cancer, its aberrant activation promotes cell proliferation and invasion. Tabituximab’s binding to FZD10 can block ligand-induced signaling and, as an ADC, deliver toxins (e.g., monomethyl auristatin E) directly to tumor cells, inducing apoptosis while sparing normal tissues with low FZD10 expression.
