Paridiprubart (also known as EB05 or NI-0101) is a humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically targets Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), a key pattern-recognition receptor of the innate immune system. As an IgG1 isotype, it may engage immune effector functions. By binding with high affinity to TLR4, it blocks the receptor’s interaction with both endogenous danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and microbial pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs, e.g., bacterial lipopolysaccharide, LPS).

Function

Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) is a transmembrane receptor expressed on immune cells (e.g., macrophages, dendritic cells) and some non-immune cells.
